WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

FFA® will replace, exchange or give credit at the purchase price for any non-personalized item up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • To inquire about a Return/Credit within the return policy guidelines, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-332-2668, option 1 or via email at orders@ffa.org.
  • Returns/Credits will NOT be authorized after 60 days.
  • Returns/Credits will NOT be authorized for any personalized items that have been produced as reflected on the order confirmation.
  • Returns/Credits will NOT be processed upon receipt unless a RETURN AUTHORIZATION form is included
    • To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service department.
    • If a return is approved and the return of the merchandise is required, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION form and a UPS shipping label will be sent to a valid email address. A restocking fee may be applicable.
    • The RETURN AUTHORIZATION form reference number must be included on the shipping label of any return and the form should be included inside the package.
  • If any merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and notify our customer service department immediately.
