  1. Is an FFA.org account (Username/Password) required to make a purchase on Shop FFA?

    No. Guest Checkout is now an option on Shop FFA, therefore you do not need to create an FFA.org account to use Shop FFA. Guest checkout does not offer any ability to access your order history on Shop FFA.

    There are benefits to using an FFA.org login while shopping on Shop FFA. By logging in before shopping, you will bring together all of your account information, have access to order history and access your most recent shopping cart. Once you return you will be asked if you’d like to recover the items in your cart or start a new order. To recover your items click “Yes”.

    With an FFA.org login, you will be recognized anywhere throughout FFA.org, and your contact information will be readily available when you shop, fill out an application, or register for an event – saving you time anywhere you go.

  2. How long should it take my order to ship?

    Shipping time depends on the quantities ordered as well as the time of year, as additional time is needed at peak seasons. Order confirmations provide the best estimate of when to expect items ordered.

  3. How do you calculate your shipping?

    Effective Aug. 1, 2017, orders shipped using ground service will be charged $2.50 for orders up to $20.00 and 10 percent of the order total on orders greater than $20.00 up to a maximum of $200.00. The 10 percent calculation is based on $10.00 increments, which means an order total of $30.01-$40.00 will be charged $4.00 and so on for ground shipping/handling service. Rush orders will be charged an additional $30.00 for 2 Day Service and $60.00 for Next Day Service for order totals up to $300.00. At $300.01, orders will be charged an additional 10 percent for 2 Day Service up to a maximum of $100.00 and an additional 20 percent for Next Day Service up to a maximum of $200.00.

  4. Tracking Orders

    Once your merchandise is shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation of your order and a UPS or USPS tracking number. You can also track the shipment status of your order by clicking on your “My Account” and selecting “Track My Order”.

    Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed over weekends and holidays should be processed the next business day.

  5. Is my online purchase secure?

    It is very important to us that our customers feel secure about their purchases. Our website is secured with the Secure Socket Layer Protocol. This ensures that your information will not be intercepted by a third party. If you feel uncomfortable purchasing online, please purchase using our toll–free telephone number, 1–888–332–2668, or use a blank order form and fax your order to 1–800–366–6556, or mail in your order.

  6. Shop FFA promotional emails

    Shop FFA now offers promotional emails to all customers who have elected to receive them. You may sign-up to receive promotional emails announcing sales, discounts and new items by visiting the National FFA Publication and Subscription center

  7. To unsubscribe from Shop FFA promotional emails

    Click on the unsubscribe link available at the end of each promotional email received. A confirmation e–mail will be forwarded to your registered email address upon removal from the list.

  8. Email Order Confirmation

    FFA will email an order confirmation if an email address has been provided. For Internet and email orders, the order confirmation will be emailed automatically. For all other methods of ordering (telephone, fax and mail), it will be necessary for you to provide your valid email address to FFA. Please take the time to review your order confirmation carefully as you will have just one business day to make any changes or corrections.

  9. Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Virginia residents must pay sales tax. All other states are exempt.

  10. School Purchase Orders

    FFA accepts valid school purchase orders as payment. To begin using valid school purchase orders as a payment method, you must:

    • Be an established FFA chapter with a chapter ID number,
    • Be an FFA chapter advisor,
    • Be authorized by your school to use school purchase orders, and
    • Have an established Chapter Account with FFA.

    To create a Chapter Account that can use purchase orders, call FFA Customer Service at 1–888–332–2668 and speak to a customer service representative to have your chapter authorized to use purchase orders.

    With a Chapter Account, you will be able to use a valid school purchase order to pay for your orders; no credit card required. Simply select the “Net 30 payment terms” option under “Payment Options”. Click the “Check here to agree to the terms” and click “Complete Order”. Orders paid by a valid school purchase order must be sent to the chapter’s “ship to” address that is on file with FFA. All invoices for items ordered with a valid school purchase order must be paid within 30 days of receipt.

    Shop FFA customer invoices will be sent as merchandise is shipped as opposed to a single invoice being sent once all shipments for an order have been shipped. If an order is shipped from multiple locations, an invoice will be sent for each shipment once that portion of the order has shipped and a shipment confirmation has been sent. In addition, if an order includes a backordered item, an invoice will also be sent once the backordered item is shipped.

  11. Credit Card Orders

    FFA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

  12. Gift Card Orders

    FFA accepts FFA Gift Cards. Simply enter the Gift Card number and the gift card amount at check out.

  13. Do you accept international orders?

    Sorry, we are not able to accept international orders.
