What is our return policy?

Shop FFA will replace, exchange, or give credit at the purchase price for any non-personalized item up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns will NOT be accepted after 60 days. Returns will NOT be authorized for any personalized items that have been produced as reflected on the order confirmation. Returns will NOT be processed upon receipt unless a Return Authorization form is included in the package, and the Return Authorization form reference number must be included on the shipping label of any return.

Please call our customer service department at 888-332-2668, option 1 or via email at orders@ffa.org to inquire about a return/credit within our return policy guidelines and request a return authorization. A UPS shipping label can be sent to you upon request, and the shipping amount will be deducted from the credit amount. If any merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and notify our customer service department immediately.
